Our team consists of 40 qualified employees. We combine youth with experience, many years of practice of a team of locksmiths and constructors combined with an innovative approach of technologists, CNC machine operators and management.

We are a family business. We employ 40 qualified employees.
Mega-Plast was founded in 2004 and it bases on the best employees of Polish mould manufacturer ‘Dozachem.
Our staff is 40 high qualified proffessionals with many years of experience in this business. They ensure smooth operation in all stages of manufacturing from design ending on final product. We own modern CNC machines as well as injection moulding machines. We have our own design and technology division.
Since 2004 roku we produced more than a 1000 moulds and we gained the necessary experience in tools manufacturing.
Our clients are served fairly, quickly and comprehensively. We hope that the high quality products and professional services make the cooperation with our company will give you tangible benefits and a lot of satisfaction .

Our history
We have been operating since 2004, but the company’s traditions come from the DOZACHEM plant, which has been operating in Pionki since the 1970s.

In order to ensure quality, we have implemented a management system compliant with ISO 9001: 2005, certified by DEKRA. We have a fully equipped measuring room with a Stiffelmayer coordinate machine on RENISHAW accessories.
Our partners
We work with leading producers of steel, standardized parts and hot channels. We perform heat treatment at certified suppliers in order to ensure high-quality molds. In terms of design and technology, we rely on Siemens NX software
